1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the ptk99 website located at ptk99.asia ("Platform"), you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the ptk99 Platform regardless of whether they are registered Members or casual visitors. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the ptk99 Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Not be a current or former employee, director, officer, or agent of ptk99 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person.

ptk99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a Member is found to be under 21 years of age, ptk99 will immediately suspend the account, void all wagers and winnings, and return any deposited funds less any amounts already wagered, at ptk99's sole discretion.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) active ptk99 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address or Malaysian mobile number. ptk99 will conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") as required under our operating licence. Acceptable documents include a copy of your MyKad (Malaysian National Identity Card) and a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ptk99 login credentials. You agree to notify ptk99 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. ptk99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the ptk99 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. ptk99 accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

• FPX Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and participating Malaysian financial institutions)
• Touch n Go eWallet
• Boost eWallet

ptk99 does not accept cash deposits or deposits made in the name of a third party. Deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. ptk99 targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes during standard operating hours for fully verified Members. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or for accounts pending additional verification. ptk99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal and to delay payment pending satisfactory verification.

ptk99 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment provider. All withdrawal requests are subject to standard anti-money laundering checks in accordance with our licensing obligations.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the ptk99 Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market, as published within the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.

ptk99 reserves the right to void any bet or gaming round that has been placed or completed in error, including technical errors, pricing errors, or where ptk99 reasonably suspects match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of fraudulent activity. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at ptk99's discretion, including as a result of incidents that occur during live events.

The outcome of all live casino games is determined in real time by human dealers operating in certified studios. Slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") systems where no live dealer is involved. ptk99 does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ptk99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other promotional credits to Members. All promotions are subject to individual promotional Terms & Conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period. Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms.

ptk99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using software to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the ptk99 Platform to:

• Engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activity;
• Use automated scripts, bots, or software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploit software bugs, errors, or glitches — any winnings generated through exploitation must be returned;
• Engage in arbitrage betting strategies that abuse promotional offers;
• Provide false or misleading registration information;
• Allow any third party to access or operate your ptk99 account;
• Access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

ptk99 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these prohibitions and to take any action it deems appropriate, including account suspension, permanent closure, and recovery of funds.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ptk99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout, is the property of ptk99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the ptk99 Platform without the express prior written consent of ptk99.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ptk99 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the ptk99 Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

ptk99's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ptk99 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

ptk99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 11. Responsible Gaming

ptk99 is committed to responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling. The Platform is strictly for entertainment purposes. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that outcomes are not guaranteed.

ptk99 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a defined period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily close your account and request inclusion on ptk99's internal exclusion register.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

ptk99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months), or at ptk99's sole commercial discretion with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, any verified balance remaining in your ptk99 account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding verification requirements and anti-money laundering checks.

Members may voluntarily close their ptk99 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.

13. Amendments to Terms

ptk99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on the Platform with the updated effective date. Where changes are material, ptk99 will provide reasonable notice to registered Members via email or an on-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the amended Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ptk99 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall first be referred to ptk99's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. ptk99 will acknowledge dispute submissions within two (2) business days and aim to resolve them within fourteen (14) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ptk99's internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant gaming authority under whose licence ptk99 operates, in accordance with that authority's dispute resolution procedures.
